This is a narrow-gauge shortline railroad of the 1920-1940 era. Because of the rugged terrain, eight bridges and two tunnels through Sleeping Bear Mountain and Hog Back Ridge are necessary to serve the three industries on the line; The Lucky Lady Pyright Mine, N.O. Bull Cattle Co., and Clear Cut Lumber Mill. A Victorian village patterned after Ferndale, CA, is served by a trolley line, which connects the village to the mill. Structures are PIKO, scratch-built, and converted bird houses. Equipment is Bachmann and LGB. The mainline has 250' of nickle-silver track and can be operated as a loop-to-loop or as two separate loops. The layout is DC-powered with remote control.
